Introduction to Inkscape Technology Center Monday, Aug. 2, 7 p.m. or call 609-924-9529 x220. In these four sessions led by designer John LeMasney, we will demonstrate and practice hands-on methods to recreate and design sketches in the style of LeMasney's 365sketches project. Each session will include a brief overview of Inkscape and how it compares to other design software. We will then progress through a set of skills, recreating a sketch from the project, followed by an assignment to create a sketch of your own. Space is limited. There are 4 classes in all that can be taken as a series as each class will focus on a different sketch and technique/ tool -- or just take one or two as your time allows. Please sign up for each class individually. A copy of the Inkscape software will be provided to each participant to use on their home computer.
